Milt has been a member of Local 1145 since 1979 and has held numerous positions such as shop committee member, former VP of the Honeywell Viet Nam Veteran's Organization, and joint Labor-Managment team member. Milt is a trial attorney licensed to practice law in both Minnesota and Federal District Courts. Milt is also a member of the Volunteer Lawyer's Network as well as a member of the Minnesota and Hennepin Bar Associations. He also holds Sergeant's rank in the United States Marine Corps.

Harlan has been a member of Local 1145 since July 1978, and was originally hired as an Assembler in Adam II at the New Brighton Facility. Harlan joined the United States Marine Corps in 1972 after graduating from Edison Highschool and left as a Sergeant in 1976. He continued his education at Northwestern Electronics Institute (NEI) and has worked at nearly every production facility during his Honeywell career. Harlan has always been an active participant in the Local 1145 Union serving as Shop Committee, Steward and a member of the Advisory board.
